Thank you Mrs. Furie and all of the first grade students at Oliver Ellsworth School for collecting pet food for our Pet Food Pantry. We are so grateful to the students and their families for their generous support.
Thank you Pastor John, AJ, Marlene and all the parishioners at Trinity United Methodist Church-who donated pet food to support our Pet Food Pantry. We sincerely appreciate the donations and your generosity.
A special thank you to West Hartford PetValu store manager Donna for inviting us to participate in celebrating pet adoption weekend on Sunday, Feb. 11th. Our pet food drive was a big success because of your welcoming staff and PetValu’s generous customers. We had a great time meeting everyone and can’t thank you all enough for your help and support of Windsor’s Pet Food Pantry. Thank you again.
A BIG THANK YOU to Ed Cutler – “Benches for Heroes”
Mr. Cutler refurbishes old benches in his Windsor garage and donates them to wounded veterans. He has generously offered to donate a bench, similar to this one, with a plaque in memory of Windsor’s Fallen K-9 heroes (Valor, Sampson, Jag, Iko, Kane, Tanner, and Gobbi). The bench will be placed at the new Windsor Animal Shelter site with a dedication ceremony during the Grand Opening. Please check out Mr. Cutler’s facebook “Benches for Heroes” to find out more about his mission to show his appreciation to our wounded veterans.
Another BIG thank you to Angie, Loretta and all the folks and kids at St. Gabriel’s Church and School for all of their generosity and hard work collecting pet food to help Windsor residents keep their pets at home from ACO Brian Davis and the Friends of Windsor Animal Care & Control.
For the entire month of April, Dr. Farley and his staff are holding a food drive for FOWACC. We are very grateful!
Dr. Farley’s office is at 62 Bloomfield Avenue in Windsor.
